Local Expertise - Global Reach
 Welcome to iPRO, the International Council of the Pinellas Realtor® Organization.
International real estate is no longer a niche industry, but rather an important growing sector of the real estate business. This is attributed to the expansion of globalization which is having a powerful impact on the real estate markets worldwide. Many PRO members with traditional local clients are looking to grow their business into the international sphere, and they are turning to their real estate associations for advice and resources. It’s with this in mind we this year have launched the International Council of the Pinellas Realtor® Organization.
The International Council will strive to research and gather relevant information and resources to provide its membership an overview and understanding on how to participate and better serve the international market. The information and resources compiled will be shared with the general membership via educational programs offered periodically. Resources will also be made available at the websites of the Pinellas Realtor® Organization.
International real estate business is very much relationship driven and it will take time to develop. But, with preparation and commitment, one can create long-term value in this fast growing sector of the real estate business.
